PACKAGING The jewellery and art pieces will arrive securely boxed.
DELIVERY Please allow approximately 14-21 days for delivery. For bespoke items and made to order pieces delivery time can take longer. If you require something sooner, please contact me as I might have one in stock and I am always happy to meet your deadlines wherever possible.
SHIPPING Within the UK and for International I use Royal Mail services. All parcels have a tracking number. You will receive the notification with tracking details as soon as items have been shipped. Parcels can only be shipped to the address that the form of payment registered to.
CUSTOMS CHARGES Each customer is responsible for any potential import fees levied by their countries border control.
SITE SECURITY AND PAYMENT TYPES This store uses Paypal and accepts most credit and debit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to here using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
PRIVACY POLICY No financial details will be stored.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS Orders may be cancelled within the first 12 hours of placing them. All items and components are checked at every stage and before shipping. All glass has gone through a process called ANNEALING to increase the strength and resilience. If an item is damaged or faulty, I will replace it for you. Most items are made to order I do not normally accept refunds, although please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Bespoke items are not refundable.
CARE Jewellery should only be put on after washing/ applying any makeup, hair spray, gels, lotions or perfume. Try not to wear your jewellery while swimming or showering. Chlorine may cause damage various metal (silver, gold) components. Store jewellery in a clean, dry place. To clean your jewellery, all you need is a clean soft cloth, like a chamois.
They are not unbreakable and although they will withstand some dropping onto concrete and stone surfaces. Care should be exercised.

BEADS SHOP
Please be aware every position in the BEADS SHOP is not a finished jewellery.
Every set consist of handmade lampwork beads for your creations. Some images show them stringed just as an idea for your inspiration. It is always possible to add some extra beads to the set or buy separate beads from the set. Just let me know your preference and I will calculate the price.
ALL BEADS ARE MADE TO ORDER Some patterns and colours of the beads are the result of glass reactions during the flamework. Made to order beads could be slightly different from the images. Therefore, before shipping, I will send you an image of completed work. If something will not meet your expectation I will do my best to find the solution.
WORK TIME It takes approximately 10-14 working days to make 1 to 5 sets. If you buy more than 5 sets, the process time could be increased up to 21-30 working days. If you require something sooner, please contact me as I might have one in stock and I am always happy to meet your deadlines whenever possible.
